INTERNATIONAL AIRSOFT PRACTICAL SHOOTING FEDERATION (W313007399)

CHAPTER I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 - The International Airsoft Practical Shooting Federation (IAPS) gathers all the affiliated National Federations which practice its disciplines and the entry points for countries that do not have federal organization.

Article 2 - Its duration is unlimited.

Article 3 - It refrains from, and declares itself opposed to, all political, racial or religious discussion and discrimination.

Article 4 - The IAPS headquarter is located in the President’s Region with the Executive Committee agreement.

Article 5 - The Statutes are registered with the accredited Authorities of the nation where its headquarter is located. They are subjected to the laws and jurisprudence in force in this country.

Article 6 - The Statutes and Regulations, the decisions taken in the IAPS Congresses or by the Executive Committee within the framework of its competences, bind and engage all the entry points and all the IAPS affiliated National Federations and consequently, the whole of their sports clubs and license-holders.

Article 7 - The official language for the Congresses, the meetings, the documents and the correspondence is English. In the event of ambiguity, the French language will be used to validate the point of disagreement.
