The AAPS 2009 National Championship Match will be will be rescheduled later. The match will be held in the Warwick Center Ballroom on the campus of the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Wilmington, North Carolina. The match is open to all members of AAPS.
The match will consists of eight practical shooting stages. The event will be divided into Standard and Open Divisions and competitors will be allowed to shoot in either or both Divisions. Awards will be given in both Divisions. Six of the eight practical shooting stages will be identical to the six stages comprising the 2009 IAPS Practical Shooting Postal Match. Two of the stages will be unique to the AAPS Championship Match. This will allow competitors at the AAPS National Championship Match to also compete for international rankings within IAPS.
